    This house is for sale and incredible. It's location is not.

    Just wrapping up “Scorned,” and always gonna remember this incredible house we filmed in for a few weeks.  This unthinkably-misplaced property is for sale, with 60+ acres and guest apartments included for less than $900,000.  That’s a hell of a deal actually.  Too bad it’s in Portsmouth, OH.  Replicate that view in a more desirable location and the same property would price with an extra zero at the end.

    High-res photo I wonder if I could ever negotiate with productions to be paid in 1 oz Silver Eagles…I’d only be taxable on the face value of the coins, which is a dollar each, while at the time I type this each of those coins’ silver value is $26.82.
